Shipping for Australian Orders is Free for orders over $70.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING CHARGES
Our policy with regard to postage and handling within Australia is that you should know in advance of any purchase the costs involved with shipment.
Where you require a special faster service, please advise your Express Post needs. Express post satchel used will be determined by the overall size and weight of the items being shipped and applicable cost quoted accordingly.
Overseas rates on application. Rates are based on Australia Post postal services together with packaging prices and are therefore subject to change without notice.
GUARANTEE AND RETURNS POLICY
Catchy Crafts wants you to be happy with your products and as such we will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us within 15 days of receipt. The goods must be in new and unused condition, in their original packaging, and able to be resold. Opened and/or discarded packing material or soiled paper are some examples of what constitutes used goods. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept return on stamps unless they are defective.
We do not accept returns based on COD or invoiced to Catchy Crafts in any way. When returning goods, please contact us to obtain a “returns number". No goods will be accepted without a returns number. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All returned or defective claims will be either refunded or exchanged if advised within the claim period above.
If goods have been damaged in shipping and attempt is made to deliver to you in obvious damaged condition, please refuse to take delivery of the item and advise us accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Catchy Crafts send goods to most countries. Please remit payment by providing credit card details. Cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.

PLACING ORDERS
You can place your orders by telephone, mail order, email or through our secure online store. We would appreciate if you could
always include a daytime phone number in case we need to clarify any part of your order. This will prevent your order being delayed.
When ordering, please indicate the quantity, a brief description of each item you wish to order, your email address and
your shipping and mailing address together with your payment information.
PAYMENTS
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Direct Deposit and Money Order. Ensure you include the card number,
expiration date and name on card. Please ensure all information is accurate.
Orders are processed in order of receipt.
We will try to process all orders within 3 business days of receiving them. Please note that as we cannot keep all stamps in stock, stamps may take longer
to deliver, however if they have to be delivered separate to the rest of your order, Catchy Crafts will pay your postage when sending your backorders.
BACKORDERS
Orders of some stamps if not in stock can take between 1 and 7 weeks to deliver. We will endeavour to contact you and let you know how long your stamps are likely to take, so that you can decide whether or not to proceed with your order.
Other than stamps, out-of-stock items will only be backordered at your request. Postage and handling costs are charged once only and will not be charged on backordered stock within Australia.
We do not backorder for overseas addressees. “Express” shipments will incur a special shipping charge with each shipment.
PRICES AND/OR DESCRIPTION CHANGES
All prices on our web site are quoted in Australian Dollars including Goods and Services Tax (GST inclusive) and together with product descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Catchy Crafts maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors. Please contact us within 7 days with regard to any apparent discrepancies. We endeavour to depict as accurately as possible all goods for sale. Some manufacturers have size variations beyond our control. For example, paper sizes quoted as 12” x 12” vary manufacturer to manufacturer.
Due to the scanning and printing process, colour variations do occur. We regret this is beyond our control.
